本次辦公室公共區域翻新項目，目標除了提升整體質感外，更著重解決廚房設備的收納問題。

項目需保留部分現有傢俬及設計，新的方案必須與現場情況完美配合。為與現有的草牆、黑色格仔屏風、灰色牆身及天花協調，設計以綠色與灰色作為主調，輔以木色作點綴色。設計手法上採用「重複」（Repetition）原則，透過重複相似的幾何形狀（方形元素）強化視覺一致性；灰色格子牆利用正負空間設計，與原有黑色格仔屏風互相呼應，而牆身的圍身板則進一步放大方形圖案，令整體空間更統一和諧。

Grid & Growth – A Dialogue of Geometry and Nature

This office common area renovation project aims to elevate the overall aesthetic while placing special emphasis on resolving the storage issues for kitchen equipment. The design retains selected existing furniture and elements, ensuring the new scheme integrates seamlessly with the on-site conditions. To harmonize with the existing grass wall, black grid screen, grey walls, and ceiling, the colour palette centres on green and grey as the primary tones, accented by warm wood tones for contrast. The core design principle is “Repetition”. By repeatedly employing similar geometric forms—particularly the square motif—visual consistency and message coherence are strengthened throughout the space. The grey grid wall employs positive-negative space interplay to echo the original black grid screen, while the wainscoting along the walls amplifies the square pattern on a larger scale, resulting in a highly unified, harmonious, and rhythmically balanced environment.
